What we process, and why
- Server logs
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the time of the request, to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Booking a call
- If you choose to book a call, you are taken to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service; any details you enter there are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contacting us
- If you email us, we process your message and contact details only to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
Recipients & transfers
We use Cloudflare (hosting) and Calendly (booking). These providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA) under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation; emails for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability — just email bioreset.eu@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
